I'm in love with every product from Charlotte Tilbury I have gotten! I only have three, but I get so much use out of them. In the US they are sold at certain Nordstrom's and online.
The first one is a very popular product, the Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk. These lip pencils are very smooth and perfect for reshaping and filling in lips. The formula is very pigmented and long lasting. The product does not smudge, giving it a precise line for re-shaping and lasting power. Pillow Talk is a nude rose color, very similar to a lot of people's natural lip color. It pairs with almost every lipstick. The lip pencil does not need to match the lipstick; it's almost better if the lip pencil matches your lip color. This is because it gives a more natural re-shaped look while giving the long lasting power. If you're interested in lip pencils, I totally recommend this one!
The next product is one I use every day! The Retoucher is a concealer and spot treat stick. It has a brush that contains the product in the middle making it easy to use this product on the go to touch up your makeup. This product is not meant to be a normal concealer in that it is not overly pigmented and is used mainly for highlighting and using over something that is more pigmented. Because I don't have bad under eye circles, I use this every day in a triangle under my eye (the triangle brings more light in that area of your face) down the bridge of my nose, three short stripes from in-between my eyebrows to my forehead, and on my chin. All the places I place this product are high places on my face that when highlighted bring a brightness to my face. The retoucher looks most natural when blended in with a damp sponge or buffed into the face (buffing is using a smaller brush in circle motions to work the product into the face). This product is so handy and will not be leaving my makeup bag!
Last is a fairly new product for Charlotte Tilbury. The Eyes to Mesmerise in Marie Antoinette is a mouse eyeshadow. I say mouse because it is not a normal cream eyeshadow; it has a much more whipped texture. This texture is perfect for getting sheer to maximum pigment and an easy smooth application. The eyeshadow can be used with fingers or a brush - they both give the amount of the pigment you would prefer. The sheerer the application the more glossy/wet it looks. It also sets very quickly and does not crease. Marie Antoinette is a soft bronze color with an antique gold shimmer running through it. The color is hard to explain, but is so beautiful. I would recommend going and feeling the formula and looking at the colors. I am in love with the texture of this product and how it glides on and moisturizes the eyelid.
Hope you enjoyed these quick reviews of my Charlotte Tilbury products! I love every one of them and recommend them to everyone!

New MAC Palette
I recently went to Nordstrom's for their anniversary sale and picked up a few MAC items. One was a new palette, the Nordstrom's Finest Eyeshadow Palette. This is a collection of the best selling MAC eyeshadows at Nordstrom's along with a few new limited edition releases. It has 15 shadows. The shadows are (going horizontal left to right) Beaded [frost finish], Goldmine [frost] Chains of Love [frost], Cork [satin], Persuade [matte], Retrospect [luster], Greensmoke [luster], Felt [satin], Print [satin], Carbon [Matte], Orb [satin], Luscious [frost], Soft brown [matte], Trax [velvet], and Plummed [pearl]. MAC eyeshadows are not as creamy as others but are highly pigmented, smooth, and blendable. I was pleasantly surprised at how well dark shadows diffused into the crease. The range of colors, warm and cool, and finishes in this palette are perfect.
This palette is set up nicely where shadows that look good together are next to each other. With that in mind, here are some looks you can do.
Start with soft brown as a crease color to give depth, bringing a little higher than normal to bring warmth into the look. Pack trax on the lid, bringing it right up to the crease but not blended in it. Go back in with soft brown to soften the edges. To make the look darker put plummed on the outer corner in a v shape. To even everything out run soft brown on the lower lassh line then layer trax over it. Finish with black eyeliner in the tight line and waterline and some mascara.
For another look, with a light hand put cork in the crease to deepen it. Next pack goldmine on the lid, layering it to build the shimmer and pigment. To add to the golden bronze look, put chains of love on the outer corner, being sure to tap off the excess shadow from your brush. To compliment the gold use a brown eyeliner to smudge it along the upper lash line and finish with some mascara.
